<p>《女聲》電子報第八期為悼念臺灣 921 集集大地震所造成的慘重死傷，休刊一期，自第九期起復刊。《女聲》電子報謹對本次震災罹難者致上最沉痛的哀悼，並對所有在這幾天不眠不休投入救災工作的國內外民間與政府團體致上最崇高的敬意。若有任何救災團體需要人力、物力支援，歡迎不吝前往《女聲》網站留言板宣傳。</p>

<p>截至目前為止，震災造成傷亡數字如下：</p>

<p>根據目前我們側面得知的狀況，已有大量的救援物資進入災區，但受困於許多地區交通與通訊仍告中斷，物資難以適當分配，致使某些地區救援物資過多，而某些地區仍無任何救援物資進入。在此除呼籲大家繼續捐輸外，更希望救援物資能送到更深入更需要的地方。</p>

||
|
||
<p>救災人力方面，初期救災志工已陸續投入災區中。但估計救災工作需持續到十月後，中後期志工人數目前仍嚴重不足，希望有心投入救災工作的朋友，能持續投入中後期救災工作。</p>
|
||

||
<p>我們在此代為宣傳人本基金會民間重建團的徵召訊息。人本基金會號召民間重建團投入災後復建工作。目前仍有梯次如下：</p>

<p>義工條件如下：</p>
|
||
|
||
<ol>
|
||
<li>身體狀況佳：由於當地衛生狀況並不佳，因此易得腸胃炎、易嘔吐、易昏倒者，不宜參加。</li>
|
||
|
||
<li>心理狀況佳：當地實際工作非常可能會接觸到<q>血、屍體、屍臭</q>，而且會有心理壓力。並且有許多的處理事項。</li>
|
||
|
||
<li>一定要能夠待三天以上：工作才能持續，也才不會增加交通困擾。不接受現場臨時加入，無法組織。</li>
|
||
|
||
<li>不能洗澡：當地沒有水，不能洗澡。</li>
|
||
|
||
<li>未滿 18 歲者：一定要取得家長的同意。</li>
|
||
|
||
<li>願意接受當地的調配，配合進行各項工作。</li>
|
||
</ol>
|
